**idle-window test(1D87E3AC)가 PASS 한 것은 ANU 가 직접 만든 fixture(self-authored, owner_key_class=ANU, sealed ANU proof 포함)였기 때문이다.**
**real dev/executor result 는 ANU sealed owner-proof 가 없어 owner_key_class=FOREIGN → owner_unprovable → QUARANTINE 된다.**

즉 현재 P0-B normal callback chain 은:
- ✅ **ANU-self-authored result** 수거 = 검증됨(idle-window WAKE_BUILT→fire→spawn)
