## Loki's Devil's Advocate Summary

M3-1 (Dark Study) is the clear winner -- the dark scholarly atmosphere creates genuine premium differentiation. Both sizes pass, though the 1080 square is on the edge.

M3-2 (Bright Office) fails on both sizes due to generic layout choices and emotional flatness. The 1200x628 version compounds this with a likely spec deviation on panel opacity. The copy and messaging are solid, but the visual execution is a stock-template default.

M3-3 (Bright Background) is the weakest variant. The landscape version at 81 points is the lowest score in the set, suffering from the most generic visual format possible (laptop + bright background) combined with a washed-out CTA. Ironically, M3-3 has the strongest headline copy in the entire M3 set ("영업 못하는 게 아닙니다 -- 시스템이 없었을 뿐"), but the visual design completely fails to support it. This is the textbook case of great copy being sabotaged by lazy art direction.

**Recommendation:** M3-1 ships as-is. M3-2 and M3-3 need visual redesign -- not copy changes. The layouts must be rethought to create feed-stopping distinctiveness rather than relying on default ad templates.
