# 3x3 배너 재작업 Batch 3 — 개인 영업 지원 3셀 (③⑥⑨)

## 목표
기존 배경 이미지를 유지하고, HTML 디자인을 DQ 규칙 기반으로 전면 재작성.

## 대상 셀
- Cell-3: 인카다이렉트 × 개인 영업 지원
- Cell-6: GA × 개인 영업 지원
- Cell-9: 서울대보험쌤 × 개인 영업 지원

## 핵심 규칙 (Batch 1과 동일 — 반드시 준수)
- 헤드라인: 84px+ (weight 800-900)
- 서브헤드: 64px+ (weight 600-700)
- CTA: 40px+ (weight 700-800)
- 폰트 최소 2종 필수
- 텍스트 요소 최대 3개
- 전면 불투명 오버레이 금지
- `python3 tools/dq_rules.py summary` 로 규칙 확인
